ads in Android 4.1.2

i am getting ads on my phone..i am unable to find which app is creating..i tried all the ways...even i had uninstalled almost all the apps..

when i am using the mobile..suddenly ads will be loaded using gprs and until the ads being loaded i am unable to use my mobile

kindly provide me the solution....
