film and TV editing

I am thinking of going into film & tv editing but from where to pursue the course is not yet finalized. I came across only one institute NEIINDIA , but dont know whether it's genuine or fake, it boasts of 75% scholarships + 100 placements etc
Guys if anyone has knowledge and or experience about this institute pls share
